Brentwood Recognized for Participation in Coverdell Post Acute Stroke Quality Improvement Collaborative

On June 7, 2017 The Brentwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center was presented with a certificate that recognized us for our participation in the Coverdell Post Acute Stroke Quality Improvement Collaborative. The Paul Coverdell National Acute Stroke Program aims to create a culture that provides synergy amongst healthcare professionals – across the system of care in order to improve stroke care and save lives.
